Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations & Site Surveys

All initial residential and commercial site surveys are complimentary. Quotations are provided in writing, detail all agreed equipment models and labour, and remain valid for 30 days from issue date.

2. F-Gas Compliance & Installation Standards

All installations are carried out by certified F-Gas qualified refrigeration engineers in strict accordance with UK Building Regulations, manufacturer installation manuals, and British Standard BS EN 378.

3. Warranties & Guarantees

All installed equipment carries manufacturer warranties (typically 5 to 7 years subject to manufacturer terms and annual maintenance). Workmanship is backed by our dedicated installation guarantee.

4. Customer Obligations & Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to work areas, electrical supply points, and outdoor condenser mounting locations on the agreed installation date.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
